YOU'VE GOT RED ON YOU

Earth’s neighbor to the north, and Jupiter’s sworn enemy, Mars has long been the subject of lyricists and musicians. To commemorate the vast catalog of songs dedicated to the Red Planet, the Intergalactic Beets Project is proud to present THE REDS, a fitting tribute to what has been both paradise and punishment for those who seek its inspiration. These songs appear on no other album, each one carefully constructed and hermetically sealed until they arrived safely aboard the processing shuttle for mass production. Broadcast only once before the release of this record, the IBP hopes this will satisfy collectors who are itching to finalize their shelves with the missing beats of artists such as The Cosmonauts, Prickley Pete, and TOPO. Within this wax, the very grains of the planet have been pressed, ensuring that a part of Mars lives on through our speakers until it is swallowed by the nearest star. Raise a glass to the menace and keep flipping that record!
